We should be the company that works at any kind of stages and we believe that we can contribute to society
\nand lead to our next job by promptly fulfilling our customers’ requests and making them happy.<\/p>\n

The basic concept is \u201cthe purpose to work\u201d, so I provide comfortable working environment for all employees.
\nI believe that my basic concept makes both company and employees work together to improve efficiency.<\/p>\n

As president, I should not forget to thank my customers and employees.
\nI always keep in my mind that I do not run business, let me run business.
\nWe are planning to operate together regardless of the upper or lower position.<\/p>\n

I should not look or find why employees cannot do, but I should find out
\nhow all employees can do. I value our employee\u2019s attitude for purposefulness.<\/p>\n

Everything changes so rapidly nowadays;
\ntherefore, we have to go one step or 2 steps ahead from others.
\nIn the sever situation and time, we should focus and do our best on
\n\u201c What we should do now. \u201c and \u201c What we should think now. \u201c,
\nthen the future will be more creative for us.<\/p>\n

Theme for Employees \u201cPursuing the Why \u201c<\/h2>\n

Following instruction as work is same as machine,<\/p>\n

but we are humans, so employees have to always
\nthink and pursue how to do and how we can do.<\/p>\n

What not to need now ?, What to need now ?, Which one can be combine ?<\/h2>\n

Any kind of materials have own size and we can receive only limited volume.<\/p>\n

Therefore, it is important how much we can receive these valuable things.<\/p>\n

Firs of all, find things not to need. Nest, remove what you don’t need and add what you need. Finally, improve efficiency by connecting only what to need.<\/p>\n
